On Mother's Day, my family and I were stopping in Panama City Beach for the night to break up our drive to Legoland when our vehicle suddenly broke down. Frustrated and stranded, I kept searching and luckily found Dream Coast Auto. It was the best thing that could happen to us. From the moment I called, Denzel was an absolute lifesaver. He listened to our situation with genuine empathy and was incredibly kind and patient during a very stressful time. It turned out our vehicle needed a completely new transmission. Instead of taking advantage of our stranded situation, they gave us a fair, transparent price and went completely above and beyond. Despite the short notice, the team at Dream Coast Auto prioritized our family, replacing the transmission with incredible speed and top-notch service just so we could enjoy our trip and get back home safely. They truly stood behind their work, continuing to provide support after we returned home and even helping me find a trusted local mechanic in my area.
